EXIF 2.2 Support for metadata-extractor

I’ve added some code to Drew Noakes’s metadata-extractor Java library to support EXIF 2.2 tags. This includes: ExposureMode, WhiteBalance, DigitalZoomRatio, FocalLengthIn35mmFilm, SceneCaptureType, GainControl, Contrast, Saturation, Sharpness, and SubjectDistanceRange. Additionally, Flash and LightSource descriptors are updated, SubjectDistance has been changed to handle infinity/unknown, plus a few cosmetic touches.

The changes have been submitted to the author in January 2004, but it seems that he has abandoned the project (at the time of this writing, the latest version of metadata-extractor is still 2.2.2, dated November 2003).

Update 2006-01-21: Drew Noakes has released a new version of metadata-extractor which appears to contain full EXIF 2.2 support and a number of bugfixes, which probably makes the code here obsolete.
